Holly brings a dynamic blend of teaching experience, curricular leadership, and a passion for science that inspires students to see themselves as changemakers in a complex world. With six years of experience teaching middle school chemistry and biology, Holly has designed hands-on, student-centered lessons rooted in the Next Generation Science Standards and the International Baccalaureate framework. She has also led department teams, trained fellow educators, and guided over 200 student-led service learning projects—experience that aligns deeply with Renbrook’s mission to develop students of character who are engaged, compassionate, and globally literate.

Holly’s educational philosophy emphasizes curiosity, critical thinking, and the idea that science is both a method of inquiry and a tool for shaping a better future. Her teaching reflects Renbrook’s core values of innovation, resilience, and purposeful learning. A National Board Certified Teacher with a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Marquette University, Holly has also served as Director of Advancement at Milwaukee Montessori School and has a background in experiential learning, including Peace Corps service in South Africa. At Renbrook, she looks forward to building strong relationships with students, leading engaging science instruction, and contributing to a vibrant learning community that empowers young learners to ask questions, take risks, and grow as scientists and citizens.
